really depends on what you consider "best". it's on the eye of the beholder, whether it's "the best" or "best for application"

but shit for plain speed, go with an oasis or EDC lol

im running a single, but soon to be dual, viair380. mainly because of the low amp. draw since i have the stock alternator and a regular ol' battery. i'm only running duals for backup purposes. i won't really run them both at the same time, unless i get an alternator upgrade

well so far i am on my 3rd AZ. i have only been running the AZ since august and i have had to send 2 of them back already. apearently the new batch (which my newest is the new design) is suppoed to be built better internally and so far this one has lasted me longer than the first 2 so only time will tell. they over heat really easily i think that is their biggest problem. as far as performance is concerned, if you dont abuse it and have it installed correctly it should keep you satisfied, not only is it alot quicker than a viair but its also quieter and looks better IMO. if you have a problem with one just call them and their customer service is great no questions asked replacements.
if i could go EDC then i deffinately would, but its my tbird that is bagged and it would be a huge pain to mock that up.

I've used my AZ daily for almost 7 months now, not a single problem. I've sold quite a few as well, only customer complaint was a filter that had the cap on the end come un-glued.. AZ shipped out a new one quick.

I think they're great compressors.. Mine pumps strong, and I'm using it on a 12 Gallon tank.

Some people run them over 200PSI and fail to even wire them correctly, I've had alot of friends have Viairs go out like it was nothing, one after another.. all because they never used the right wire size/solenoid, while others who wire it up.. use the same old Viair 450 for YEARS.. even straining them with higher PSI.

I think AZ and Viair are both great.. IF you wire them up correctly and stick to the PSI rating. Just be sure that whoever you buy from, since most of the time you're not going directly through AZ or Viair, is going to help you get the problem solved IF there ever is one.
