trouble removing lower control arms

just like it says, my truck is down to the frame and part of the cab, attempting to bag and BD it but cant seem to get the lower control arms off, i was smoothing them out while still on and got one done but it takes alot longer that way so i wanna take the other off to do it.

so what do i need to do? or do i just need to quite being such a wuss and (as terry and dean from FUBAR would say) JUS' GIV'R?

i just jamed something under the round bolt and it came off find for me
