What kinda Weld would do best for our frames (B2200)? Most people say Mig will work, but does it have to be Mig? What are my Options? Don't know much about welding.

mig, flux core, arc

they will all work

mig be the easiest, flux the dirtyest, and arc is just arc lol

Arc isnt a little much for our frame? Im not sure what would work best...

Unless you spend alot for a good size welder arc would work best it gets hotter and will do the job much better I belive anyway

arc isnt too much. just keep your voltage in check is all. should be a stronger weld, but its more difficult and takes more room with the stick. mig is the best bet for sure.

a 125 amp machine will work if you know how to weld.

that is true but he said he does not know much about welding. You could always go talke a few welding classes
