Ihave a 84 and i have already built the notchs for the back and a four link set-up, but i was wondering what i would to build for the front as far as bracketry, everything i have found on the net is torsion bar front supension

Note this is a firestone 2500 bag.

I will see be re-doing this for other reasons
But I've been running this set up for over a year with no problems.
#1. Is were you need to notch so you wont rub.

#2. Is a Bumpstop you need to remove to lay.

#3. Is another bumpstop you have to cut out or notch so your bags wont rub them

Dont mind the chains haha, there cut away now


Were all the arrows are is were you would take a sawzall or cut off wheel and cut off the cup.

Yes the cups are already there, No Problem on the pic. I just tooka piece of 2x4 steel tubing cut the top down to fit flush with the cup on the inside, drilled to holes for the bag to bolt down on the bottom, and welded a bolt on the top portion so It will prevent the bag from coming out of the cup.

as far as the bottom I just took a regular circle plate and cut it down to fit flush with the bottom control arm and welded it in.
