Hey guys, how's it goin?

Im soon to be in the process of my motor swap, 5.0L V8, Using a 2nd Gen ranger rearend, and I'd like to know what i could use to go with for the front for matching lug swap? Ranger? i wanna have the same bolt pattern, just dont know how to go about it...Im not sure how it all works up front, never played with it much, up until now...what fits what? Im looking to get Tubulars next year, i want them to fit everything for my swap, But as for Drop spindle, rotors, etc...What should i use? cause i obivously dont want 5lug in the rear and 6 up front....Need some info guys, Cause im lost, never got the low down on whats interchangable.. Thanks!

I did some research and Ford Aerostar, Ranger, Explorer, Bronco II, and Escape are all 5x114.3 Pattern, Also the 2WD Tacoma, and Yota pickup, are also 5x114.3, I know im doing a 2nd Gen Rearend from a 2wd or 4wd Ranger, 4.0L...Thats 5x114.3, But as for the Front, Im stumped, Like i said i wanna do Tubular controls later on down the line, (hoping next spring) so Help me out here, Would i be best to go with Yota pickup or 2wd tacoma conversion up front? what drop spinde do i need? also do i need to change bearings? rotors? i can keep the same caliper i hope...I need as much info as possible, Thanks again

NO LIMITS CUSTOMS....clint make a 4130 chromoly hub that is drilled to a 5 on 4.5 (114.3) PCD / bolt circle. Call em up and tell em Aaron sent you.

u can get Cando a arms that convert your truck to a yota spindle and you'd have the bolt pattern u want.

Like you I want to do a 5 lug conversion on the front when I drop my 7 liter Ford in my B2200 because I want to use better wheels and I want better brakes than stock Mazda or Toyota. The Ranger diff fits pretty well but what to do about the front?

The Mazda and the 95 Ranger both use the same inner wheel bearings but the outer is different. I have the Ranger rotors waiting to test fit on my truck and I will need some time to see which outer bearing will work with these rotors. The rotor is in the same spot but the caliper bracket will need to be changed since the rotor is thicker. I am looking to use Mustang calipers and caliper brackets if I can get the rotors supported by the proper outer bearings on the stock spindles.

I have looked at different spindles and still want to try the S-10 spindle and the Aerostar spindle as well...But I am relentless in using better rotors to stop my truck when I need. Using Brembo rotors for the Mazda is a short term deal since they warp and fade like the stock units do...

Has anybody looked into mazda MPV front suspension stuff 89-98 from 94 on they had 4 wheel disc brakes with 2 piston front calipers, and they are 5 bolt. Curious to know if they share the same spindles as the B2200. The MPV also came with rear posi and a 4.10 gear ratio.
