how do i get rid of it. its keeping me from laying out evenly

you can't get rid of the front cross member. are you kidding?
you can build a custom front crossmember and move up your lower control arm mounts too, probably would go with tubular A arms.
design it so you don't completely throw out your steering and suspension geometry, and check your oil pan clearance.
if you move your lower control arm mounts up you might want to move the upper control arm mounts up too. and keep the pivot points inline with your steering pivots, and possibly lengthen your tie rod ends so you don't get some toe problems with your suspension travel.

wow... those guys talking about taking the crossmember out and putting it back in. "it won't fit unless its on flat ground" no shit, thats your frame flexing because its not properly braced anymore because you took out the crossmember.
