Ive been looking for good pics of mazda's with suicide doors and Ive come across these 2 pictures.

This looks like it would be the easier way to do it but is it strong enough having the hinges that close together?

Or would this way be better? It looks to be more work but might be stronger and have less tendency to sag.

Opinions, thoughts and suggestions would be appreciated. Oh and also if anyone has a set of hinges that they could take measurements off of for me please PM me.

Thanks in Advance

EDIT: I just realized I posted in the wrong section. I Couldve sworn I was in exterior, but anyways can somebody move it to the proper section.

i've done 2sets of suicides on mazdas . the farther apart the hinges are the better, also watch your hinge to window clearance, and run a couple 1"x1" bars inside the door skin to stiffen up the doors, any flex and it can become a nightmare with the doors saggin when opened

true story! as far apart as possible is the strongest.
