Im pretty sure my ball joints are preventing me from dropping more, i know I have a really big tire and should swap it, but is a drop spindle goin to help my situation and also do i need to jack it up and set my truck on some blocks, (is it really bad/harmful to my bj's?

your bagged in front.. what bumpstops do you have left? still got your torsion bars? may flip your bj's to get lower... or put some low pros on...

flipping the ball joints will only lower your truck about 1 inch.... but you can also put a little spacer in between the ball joint and the lower control arm ( ask baggedb22 ) about the spacer he has pics of his i beleive also for a how to on flipping ball joints check the how to threads i wrote up the flipping ball joint one good luck you may also need to cut and reweld your upper control arm i beleive ( baggedb22) has pics of that among may other people on here just have to sheck around

cutting and rewelding the upper control arm... sounds like it messes up the natural camber swing pretty bad... and a ball joint spacer to space it farther away from the control arm? whoa. sounds sketchy to me.
a drop spindle would leave your suspension exaclty where it is now, ball joints included, but will move your spindle height up. if you went with a 2" drop spindle, then your truck completely layed out would effectively be 2" lower in the front than it is now.
it's certainly not good for a balljoint to be flexed out, but your wheel isn't going to fall off or anything as a result. *knock on wood*
