No. 16+ or I have heard that you can run wheel spacers which I don't recomend.

does anybody know how thick a spacer i will need to run stock 14" wheels on a dropped spindle?

Yes they will fit just fine and they tuck. I run a 225/45/16 . Again I would not use a wheel spacer.
