Hello, this is my first post here!
my `93 2.6L Pickup Truck has been having smog issues,
engine missing, high idle, etc.
I already changed the EGR, and checked for Vacume Leaks
but that didn't help.
I bought a new Engine Coolant Sensor that I hope will solve the problems.
Can anybody give me some tips on how-to install it?
Do I have to remove the Intake manifold?
Thanx!

you do not have to remove the intake manifold. The sensor is right under the water inlet on the manifold. I can get a pic for you in a bit

See where the yellow wire is attached? this is the coolant temp sensor. Keep in mind I have an aftermarket temp sensor so yours will look a little different. But thats where it is

I just looked and there is nothing under the water inlet of my intake manifold
that I could find. Are you sure you are talking about a 2.6L Engine as I have?

my bad, i mis-read your post and thought you had a 2.3L Im not sure off hand where it is on the 2.6L manifold, I would assume close to the water inlet. I'll search around a bit and let you know what I find.
