Rear End Question...Please help

okay, so when i drove my truck for the few times that i did drive it (which was about 3 times) it made a bad driveline winding noise. im just wondering if anyone else has had one of these noises? i took my rear end out and tried turning the shaft and its very stiff and somewhat load compare to my old s10 rearend. so i took all the bolt out and tried to pull the rearend apart and cant get it all the way apart does anyone know how to take these apart? thanks for the help!

yeah, you undo the 4 bolts that hold each axle in at the brake side of the axleshafts...then pull both axles back like 3 inches or so...then pull the pumkin off of the fron of the housing.
