nevermind i fixed that problem but i still need a thread on how to do it cus im having many problems and what year yotas are you guys using to do the swap? are you just swaping them in to the mazda balljoints? thanks

do you already have the spindle setup or are you still try to locate them?

You will need the toyota ball joints, spindle, wheel bearings, brake rotors, and calipers.

I'm not sure what to do about the tie rod ends. I think the mazda ones don't fit the toyota spindle and the toyota one doesn't fit the mazda inner tie rod. I have seen the end cut off of the toyota tie rod and welded onto the end of the mazda tie rod. Not sure if that is the best way to go about it, but thats how I have seen it done.

Anyone else know of a better way?

ok so what you saying is i should use the stock yota balljoints and mount them on the mazda controll arms? the main problem i am having is the bag is pretty much mashed up against the side of the yota spindle when i lay it out but thats because of the yota spindels not sticking out as far as the mazdas. and i am just mounting the yota spindels to the stock mazda balljoints with the lower balljoint mounted on top of the lower controll arm. if any of you guys could take pics of your swap that would help out alot thanks

umm i just running firestone 2500, im not sure on the year of the yota i thinks its around 88, 90 cus i bought a caliper for it and it was around those years. it looks like to me that i can use the stock mazda ball joints and also the stock mazda tie rods blot into the yota spindles ill just have to re a line it cus ill have bad tow out.

you can use the stock mazda ball joints and tierod ends. They worked for me using 85 yota spindles, hubs, rotors, and bearings. I did not have to notch anything and i am bodydropped on 18's

The yota spindles i have are a defferent year than those, cus the ones you have stick out off the controll arms further than the ones i have.
