Think of it this way:

-Can you drill your own?
-Do you know what your doing?
-Do you think thats a fair price for a proffessional to do it?
-How long does it take?
-Can you go back to him if there is something wrong?

IMO I would think thats a good deal. Your messing with something that does take precision! Remember, your tires are your vehicles only contact surface. Think of what could happen if you messed up and put yourself in danger because you did'nt drill a freaking hub right!

...just my $.02
