I have a 92 b2200 I'm gonna drop it more than it is already, my question is wheel I have enough wheel clearance with the stock wheels and tires untill I get my pathys on. I wanna yank out the torsions and mono leaf the rear with the 3 in block. This isnt my daily so dont worry about the saftey isssue with no torsions. Also when I get my tires for the pathys with that type of drop what is a good size tire? thanks for the help guys

most guys go with a 205 50 15 or something similar withthe pathfinder wheel. i rolled like your' talking about with stock 205 75 14 with no problem

you used that same static setup? well my next question would be how level did the truck sit?

I wouldn't go mono leaf in the rear find a spring shop and they can de-arch your leaf springs so you can get really low and with the torsion bars removed that truck is going to ride like a hay wagon just re-index them. Always worry about the saftey of your ride even if it's only a weekend warrior there are other people out on the road too.

but with that set up would it sit evenly? or would one end still hit higher than the other with no torsions and mono leafed with 3in blocks

your main stopping point with a static drop will be the frame in the rear, and the bump stops/t-bars up front......you can de-arch the rear leafs, or get a set of belltech ones, then put a block in, but your axle will be on the frame, not the best thing in the world if you don't want to tear up your truck, a good set of air shocks or coil overs and a c-notch will cure that...in the front, re-index the t-bars, & again, get some coil overs or air shocks, and remove the bumpstop (note if you go w/ coil overs in the front, you could get rid of the t-bars, but wouldn't have the ease of adjustability of the airshocks), then you can go pretty low and have some adjustability in the suspension to get what ever the desired rake/stance you want in the ride, not to mention, you won't have to go to the chiropractor <sp> after every time you drive the truck, lol haha!

monoleafing is not a good idea at all... i didn't read that part. i ran no tbars(not a good idea either) and the main leaf with the overload leaf and a 3" block and took out all of my bumpstops.
stock tires, i think it's not as low as it can go in the rear here.
not so stock tires and wheels. 205/60/15'

if the stock pathy's are 15x7 i would go with a 195/50/15

i got 195 55 15 and they look great maybe a lil small but i tuck them static so its alright, 195 50 15 would look really small

see my sig pic for a monoleaf,3" block and 17" rims with 50 series tires. I have spindles on the front, and no bump stops front or rear.

Front end rides nice with the spindles, but the rear end is like an old jalopy. I need a c-notch to fix that. The ride is really stiff anf bottoms out all the time in the back.
