Ok, well when we start to fill the tank with air the drivers side front bag starts to fill to where the drivers side is about 2 inches off the ground and then stops without hitting the switch like the valve is stuck open. If you keep filling and dumping the bag until the tank is empty it will lay out. When you hit the switch to fill it, it fills normally and then when you try to dump it it goes back to about 2 inches off the ground. The weird thing is that the gauge isnt reading any pressure in it, and when you pull the gauge line out the bag doesnt lose any air. We figured the fill valve must be bad so we replaced it with another valve that is good and ended up with the same result. We also tried new switches and that didnt change anything either. So I ask has anyone had anything similar to this happen or thoughts on what else to try to remedy this problem because were flat out of ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is the only thing holding the truck up from getting on the road.

This might sound stupid but blow out all your lines even the one to the gauges as you might have some crap blocking it. This the only thing I can think of as you say you have changed your valves for new ones.

My front end used to do something similar. Only way it would lay down is to empty the tank. There was some shit in the diaphragm holding the valves open. Try taking the leaky valve apart.

Thanks for the replies so far guys. We tried blowing them out yesterday but we'll try again just in case. We tried cleaning the diaphragm on the original valve with no luck, but I guess we'll try that too. Only thing we havent done is change where its grounded but were gonna try that later today. Anyone else have any thoughts?

are you 100% sure the valve is in the correct way? many valves hold pressure only one way, as in it will leak the other way. and for your gauge problem... is your line going to the bag side of the fill valve? or is it kinked?
