need help asap

ok i lowered my truck by pullin the 2 middle leafs out with 3 in blocks but the only thing is its about a 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch higher on one side can anyone help me

do you have a full tank of gas?

throw some weight in the back too it will help settle it down faster
