yes you have torsion bars. cost like 30 bucks to lower these trucks.

get a block kit for the back (u-bolts and probably 4" block ) torsion bar bolts are located near the middle of the doors but under the truck about 6" - 8" from the frame. it takes a 11/16 socket... loosen the bolt like you would to take any bolt out. there ya go. be careful though. if the bolts don't turn easily, DON'T TURN THEM. or you will end up with this. (the shinny part of the bolt is stripped treads. if it strips out your fender will lay all the way down on your tire and you won't be able to drive it untill you get another bolt. ) also to be safe use a jack stand under the truck. i was lucky i had a jack stand under my truck when that bolt stripped. i have a knot on my head where the force of the bolt dropping caused the ratchet i was using to jump and it hit me on the forehead pretty hard.

I turned down my T-Bars but now I ride on stops...

I took out the large stop, should I remove the other 2 small stops?

And I am undecieded on dearching the leafs or 4" blocks for the rear.....

ya remove your stops and the mounts they were attached to.

i am sitting frame frount and rear no bump stops at all and i have the rear chainded down because i have no shocks so when i stop the ass end lifts because i have no blocks and mono leafed so frames sits on axel anf rounnt sits on frame its i pack of ciggs off the ground
