On my last truck i had 3/8 in ports on my bags and i ran 3/8 valves and 1/2in line. now i have a new project and new bags. my bags are slams and have 1/2in ports and i intend to run 1/2in valves should i run 5/8in line or stick with 1/2in line?

I would just stick with 1/2" line...its plenty fast!

Just my two pennies

1/2 inch copper line has a bigger ID in it...If you want it to be faster get bigger line... and make sure to get good flowing valves...I have seen many 3/8 port valves with higher CV than 1/2 ones.

i'm running all 1/2 shit, bags, valves and line, and let me tell you, it is fast! and i'm running the valves off the tank.

i could hop the front of my truck 6-8 inches off the ground with 10mm smc valves, 1/2" line and airlift 2b6 bags with single 3/8" ports - all on 145psi. if that's not fast enough then i don't know what to tell you.
