Does that thing get any lift? That bag is halfway inflated with the truck on the ground. Or is it set up for some 30s?

Half inflated looks like it is just set in there bro. I do like the work but not to keen on all the wasted space.

Has any one ever developed a set up where the bag works in opposite fashion? Air up to set the truck down and air down to set the truck up? Kinda lifting the axle up into the frame? I just have an idea in my head how it could work but just no time to draw it up in ACAD.

i thought about that idea a w hile back but couldn't come up with a logical answer... you'd have to suck the air out to lift the truck up.... unless you had it on like a teeter with some heavy duty springs to push the axle up when the bags deflated.... i dunno though maybe someone has done it without all that.... when you come up with an answer draw it out.....

You could do it with air cylinders. They work like that. I'd like to play with it, but nobody I build for likes the idea too much.
