The Toyota leaf pads are a little narrower than the mazdas, by 1/2 inch per side roughly. You can can make it fit with a very small amount of effort. You can use your stock lower spring plates. A buddy ran his like that for a year before he linked his.

so the centering pins on the mazda springs will line up with the holes on the toyota rear end? or do i need the toyota springs. is there any difference in the brake lines

Everything went right in. The rubber line comes in from the oppiset side but thats no big deal. Get new lines or tweek the mazda ones to fit. You do have to shorten your drive shaft a little and change the flange to the toyota.

okay measured it and here is what I have the mazda is 43 inches from outer plate to outer plate and the toyota is 41 from the same places I would say that you can use them but you do have some work ahead of you to make them fit right and nice. but if you do decide to 4 link it the over alll rear end is shorter.
