am i tightening or loosening the torsion?

to lower it what do i do tighten or loosen the torssions i need an answer asap lol its gettin dark

if i was you i was actually take the torsion bar off the turn it about 1/4 of an inch or so towards the truck and reinstall it instead of just cranking the hell out of it my truck has almost no camber rides awesome and is tuckin 195/75 14s. ive road in a cranked truck and they dont compare at all

so re index them?
