Hey guys,
Today i finally got myself a 87 B2200 cabplus longbox, and i have decided it has to be droped..

I have been reading though the forms on how to lower these guys. Now i think i understand the lowering the rear end with lowering blocks. I was hoping for about a 4-5 inch drop all around, sense i can get some 4in drop blocks for 15 bucks. Now what i dont get is the torsion bars. I see some people say just crank em down to where you want them, and others say to Re-Key them... and people say to also flip ball joints etc... Now i would like some suspension travel and a reasonable ride if thats actually possible

If any one could sent me a link to where i can get some more info, or if someone could quickly explain it, that would be great! Thanks.

remove or cut down your front bump stops and crank your tbars(loose) follow the tbars they are on your lower control arms and run front to back the end right under your seat you will see a bracket with a bolt connected to the bar loosen that you wont need to reindex yor bars unless you go pretty low
