How low can I go without ruining the ride on my 90 Cab Plus? I have a F'd up low back (L5/S1 Fused) so it cannot ride much worse than stock. I just want to do a static drop, blocks & crank down the torsion bars.

Let me know what you guys know on this. I know bagging it is the way to go, but I need to save up to do that to my Chevy C10.

Thanks guys

Mike

This is perfect, but not practical...Thanks to Photoshop

Reindex your torsion bars about 3 or 4 teeth and get shorter bump stops for the front and flip your ball joints. Thats the free way to do it, or go with droped lower control arms and flip the B/J's (4.5") drop in front will ride stock! The rear, Pull a leaf and three inch blocks with cut bump stops or even a cheap bolt in notch will have you rid-n good, But dont forget the shocks, Toxics are good on the cheap but the Belltechs are better! Just my 2 cents!!

3 or 4 teeth is too much. 2 teeth is perfect. then you can loosen the bolt to get it lower. just did it this past friday.
