Ok yesterday I put some 3 inch drop blocks on my truck. That put the back lower than the front. Easy fix crank on my torsion bars right wrong. My drivers side bars bolt is as far out as I feel safe to go. But the pass side is barely out at all I plan to re index them this weekend (need a pipe wrench) But the frist thing I need to do is put the bars back to stock.

So does anyone know how to do that.

ah, memories....

if you haven't ever pulled them totally loose, all it is it to get the same amount of turns on the bolts on both sides...first put it on a level surface, jack the front end up to where is sits @ stock height, put jack stands under it, then the t-bar bolts thread up into a half moon wedge, loosen both sides till you can feel the bolt flush with the top of the half moon wedge, then you will want to turn the bolts and put tension back on the bars the same amount on both sides, start on the left or right, and count how many turns you screw them in, do the same on the opposite side of the truck, let the truck off of the jack/stands and check to see that the truck sits level from side to side, if it's too high, let some tension off the bolts being sure to do both sides the same amount, reverse this if it is too low, you can check the height by measuring off the level ground to a fixed point on the truck, front fender, bumper or w/e you like, or you can eyeball it too just depends on how close you want it....

hope that helps pont!

I think someone has pulled them before. As it sits now the truck is level
