U CAN ARC UR LEAF STRAIGHT BUT U NEED A SECOND LEAF TO BALANCE IT OUT THATS WHY YOURS BROKE..TAKE 2 LEAFS UR MAIN AND A SECOND ONE AND ASK THEM TO ARC THEM..THAT WIL BE SAFER AND LAST U A LIFE TIME...ONE LEAF IS TO WEAK..THATS WHY LEAFS HAVE MORE THEN ONE

get the leaf de-arched.... or find some "mono leafs" but don't run a stock mono leaf they aren't designed to carry the entire load hence the other leafs that come factory with them....

i wouldnt' suggest welding the leafs....spring steel that the leafs are made of isn't made to be welded on or to...get them de arched, rebuild the spring pack to include the long spring, and the next longest leaf, never go totally mono as you know they have a tendency to break....or go old skool, and cut the leaf spring mounts off the frame and shorten them then re weld them to the frame, you can get another 1" or so of drop out of doing that, and if you can get a set of mounts like are on the front you can cut the rear ones off and do away with the shackles, or keep the one mounted to the frame and modify (shorten) the shackles that are on the rear.....

Nomatter what! you need to move your leaf perches on the frame rail, they will lay before the frame, You need tomove them rearwards up away from the ground

did you actually flip them upside down? they broke cause they were going the opposite way they were intended to go. but yeah plus what the guys said. you can run the main and the overload on top to de-arch them.

Thats prolly the safest way.IF something happenes the overload might save you a tow bill.
