escalade wheels

I have seen mazda's ridin around with escalade wheels. I was wondering if you have to machine out the center of the rim so that it can go around the centering tabs on the hub or if there is another way around it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

thanks for the info thats what i was looking for. I had thought I might be able to do that but was not sure so i figured i would ask. the pics and walk through was nice. now i have a weekend project. also thanks for the quick reply
