17 inch tires?

what is the best tire size for 17 inch rims on our trucks? i just picked up some rims already milled out for 150 thanks to some great help from guys on chat but i'll need one new tire so i figured i'd get all new. but what is the right size for our trucks? they have 205/45/17 now, falken has some good 205/40/17 for $50 would those work?

im runnin 215/50/17. aint got the smoothest roads so theres still alot of bounce and beatin goin on. if yall got rough roads i'd go with that size. plus its bout same size so your speedometer wont be off.

meh its alittle rough i guess. i can say ive hittin many potholes (accidently) and havent had any issues. its small but not that small of a tire.

alright trhanks i'll go with those. after you said check my tires an everyting else i figured i'd look around a found these so i'm gonna get new rims, tires, new suspension and do my static all at once and see if i cant get rid of that damn shake

for now also check your lug nuts to see if they are tight. sometimes it the simple stuff
