Ok heres the deal im bagged, firestone 2500 up front i just added my drop spindels to the mix yesterday and yea its lower and i knew i was gonna lose some lift but not that much (glad i didnt put my mother goose 3 inch drop control arms on too) so heres the deal my buddys trying to tell me the only way im gonna get more lift is if i cut the front end of a mustang and weld it on.I know i cant put a bigger bag's in there besides a 2500 cuz it wont fit.Anybody got any tricks to get more lift out of the front??and im kinda hesitent to take her to the old les schuab and have them do a alinement on her should i just eyeball it? Or drop the bill to have them do it?
anybody have any suggestions.I have a brand new (0 miles set of tires im getting ready to put on) and i dont want to really screw them up so do i drop the bill at les shaub or do it myself??

There is no reason to have to add a front clip off a mustang on these trucks. my truck lays full frame with 215/35/18's with all stock control arms and spindles. I notched the lower arms and flipped the lower balljoints. I'm running slam specialties RE-6's. In fact I belive cl (chris) old black truck on 20's had all stock front end parts also! I do remember reading a post that you have AIM front bag brackets, that is going to be the root of your problem. You need the bag to be as close to the frame as you can without rubbing, and the brackets you have wont allow that. I too had the AIM brackets on my truck many years ago, in fact they are still in my mini storage!

p.s. did you get my PM about your auto transmission?

Heres a picture from 2006 of my frame you can see the AIM brackets on the front.

And here is from early 2008 when I replaced them, they were still being mocked up it this pic, and I know people even get the bags closer to the frame than I did.

Yeah you need to redo you bag mount. You can move the bag in towards the frame more like in the this pic. I will be doing this also cause I'm going need the lift. This is from BodiedB2600zx (Josh) he has a build thread on here with more pics.

cut off your upper bag mount as mentioned and re-do it. likely whats happening is your truck's hitting the ground before you are using all your airbag stroke. lower your upper mount.

Go ahead and take it to schwabbies and have them align it after you get your front bag situation solved, and have it aligned at ride height. have them set it to factory spec or just zero everything out AT RIDE HEIGHT
