I recently installed 2 inch lowering blocks beneath the axle on my Mazda B2600i. It looked kinda off so I measured the fender well to the ground on both sides on level ground. Its off by an entire inch. Whats the problem?

are the tires the same? are the pins in the blocks in the axle? did you tighten everything evenly ?

Is that all you did at the time? It may have been off already, just adding the lowering blocks had you take a better look at it. Which side is lower?

Oh and "that's what she said"

The Passenger side is lower than the driver side. When I first got the truck it was apparent that there was damage to the front end.....Is it possible that a front end alignment was never done...the front end is off by a half inch...all the tires are the same size and all have the same air pressure. Also how many full rotations can you safely turn the torsion bar bolt without causing any damage?

you can turn the torsion bolt till it comes out 'safely'. torsion bars are dangerous either way, so just be careful. you can remove it and reindex it and put it back in, just support the front of the truck on jack stands(wheels off the ground) before messing with the bolt. that'll unload the tbar and make it easier to turn. another thing i've heard of but never experienced is the bolt snapping off. thats a bad deal. just be careful
