So everyone i have talked to or ordered from is out of Re6's for the front of my truck. Suicide doors pisses me off everytime i order from them. FBI is ssssssslllllllllllllooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwww at anything but i ordered some from them because my paypal wasnt working to order from Dev. Well i ended up ordering a set from dev because fbi says they are out dont know when they are coming in and asked if i would take air lift dominators or somthing. Dev said he is out should have them anytime should be in the mail. So now i have 2 Re6's coming from dev which is what i want and 2 air lift bags from fbi. which i can use on another project if needed. what i was wandering is what are the difference in the bag size is the bolt pattern the same can they be switched out for each other im assuming its the 2500. any info would be great. didnt know if collapsed height was the same and all that thanks

AirLift 'bags and Slam Specialties 'bags are not comparable at all, except in the aspect that they are both related to air suspension...

Just my two cents...

Im wanting the slam bags. FBI didnt have them and they actualy called me so much about not having them i just said send those so they would leave me alone. Thats why i ordered the Re6 from you. Are the airlift even worth a crap

The new airlift dominators are good, built similar to the slams. Bolt pattern and collapsed height are the same.

I have dominators on the front of my project and they are awesome! ! And will ride a ton softer than slams. . .

Here's a pic of my truck laid out and at full lift and a comparison pic of the 2 dominators vs. the 2 popular re slams. . .

i had older airlift bags in my truck for years and the only problem i had was my own fault (poor install) i did switch the fronts to RE7's but i'm still running my 6 year old airlifts in the back...
the fronts were a 2b6, a 6" dia. bag. they rode ok and got about 7" of lift. like i said they were older ones... no fancy dominators tho.
if i were to buy bags now, i'd go with slam bags.

Well dev come through for me. My showed airlift bags that i really didnt want come in on Monday and the slam bags from dev got here tuesday. He wasnt 100% sure he could get them. but he come through so im gonna go with the slams and use the other for another project in the garage.
