I wouldnt stack nothing! Of course I have had a stacked set let loose but that was on a 4x4 chevy and out on a trail run....but still a scary moment!

I have been running 2" blocks with just the load spring and the main spring. My frame is 5" off the ground. But I have the 16" Z71 wheels. I will be lower tomorrow afternoon when I finish with the bag setup.

Ahh hell forget blocks....be die hard and weld the axle to the frame! LOL Just playing bro. I ran 4" angled blocks for a LONG time (two years) on my old truck and had no issues. They were not the cheap ones though. Invest in a good set of blocks. Some of these cheap arse alluminum ones just crack and crumble away. Now I did have several issues with my U bolts and bottom plate catching EVERYTHING. That part sucked. I would look into a 3" block, removing a leaf and then investing in a set of lowered shocks ( I used Toxic Shocks back in the day but now there are a lot more options) and your ride and ride height should be very nice.

thank you for all your help... but just wondering does taking out leafs make your ride bouncier?? and if i do go with 3"blocks should there be an angle on those??

no angle on the 3 inch block. you can take some of your leafs out and use u-bolts for a 2 inch block setup. they are shorter and help with ground clearance issues. less leafs will soften your ride but investing in some airshocks will help with that and give you some adjustability.

You can get shims that are angled.
