So as I said yesterday, I took it into the shop and we TORE into that thing...sliced my long azz Ubolts down, readjusted the rear, indexed the torsions, aligned, looked into flipping the balljoints (next week for that but I dont wanna go any lower in the front).....

First off we cut the Ubolts down about 3"....used a die grinder and then took the bolts off via impact, new lock washers on, put the bolts back on the Ubolts....torqued up nice and tight...which cured a sway I had when shifting....)
Drivers side

Passenger side

Next up was pulling the torsions and indexing....found a easier way also....when the truck is up....remove the adjustor bolt entirely off....hammer the spline retainer off....count your splines....slide back on...adjustors back on all the way tight.....took like 10 minutes TOTAL! Tod ya'll my boy is FAST!!

Thats the adjustor we knocked off...didnt even touch the front 2 bolts AT ALL!! Much easier and faster than it sounds....I dunno why they say to lossen those front 2 bolts....didnt need too

And here you can see my adjustors are all the way up which gives me the ability to go lower if I wanna....also I have the choice of going back a spline and raising if I want to

All dropped down now

Here you can see I have LOTS of clearance for the adjustors...no worries about hitting those ever! LOL

Well....time to align it up....always good to have a full shop to work in huh?

Be sure to be a on a look out for some other pics I have of some parts I found today.

gotta say how surprised I am at the ride compared to even a day ago....rides totally smooth now. And still debating shocks yet!
