what i need to do this???

Alright guys.. here it goes i have a 1990 mazda b2200 2.2 ex cab. I really dont know much about what i need to make my truck safe and reliable but low budget... I would like to bag my truck with front/back for now, I want a four link set up and notch the rear and that is pertty much the extent of my knowing..lol if you guys could could you make a list of what i would need to start buying little by little...like how much air line to get how thick, what kind and gauge wire to run for the electric,,,air tank and how big, compressor what kind how big how many, how many valves,, bag mounts /brackets.. please please put you input and thankyou for the help..
