Talk to anyone that has a pre series or pm dev at the bag shack and he can tell you or direct you to some one who can.

hey dude.. here the easiest way.. ( i know the pre's arent torsion bar set ups) but buy a torstion bar frotn bag set up.. and you will be cutting the whole upper spring pocket out.. simply weld in the torsion bar set up. and a bottom plate and presto..

now if you are planning on running anything bigger than 18s.. you need to look at slammed 83 project thread.. you have to do alot more work to the upper control arm in order to lay out.. ..

hope this helps..

Maybe 17's at the most, Im going for the old school look. but ill look into that thanks

If you want to run a 16 you can use the factory spring pocket, but you have to cut pretty deep. Anything bigger than a 16 run the torsion style setup.

As far as control arms, anything 20" and up is when you get into the fun part.

Torsion bar setup is actually a lot easier IMO. You'll get better angles with the bags too.
