Is the idler arm different on a power steering b2200 compared to one from manual steering? My idler arm bushings are worn out so I thought I could just buy the bushings but they only sell the whole idler arm for p/s models . About 80 to 120 bucks. This is stupid...I only need the bushings , about 8 bucks. The arms both look the same.

they should both be the same, the steering geometry wouldnt change between power and non power steering boxes. i got my front end parts from ebay, pretty cheap, way worth it if the other parts are all bus. the idler arm i replaced was so spent, it was riding with no bushins for a long time. steering feels so much better

I was gonna order the set from ebay but they come with everything except the idler. Ball joints, tie rods, and a pitman arm but no idler. I just went to mazda dealer today and they had just the bushings. told me that the idler arms are the same. Bushings were $14 dollars each compared to $120 for a new idler.
