Look like your list is complete. The only thing that you might want to reconsider is your choice of bags. I would go with Slam Specialties bags, RE-6's up front and RE-7's or RE-8's for the rear.

sounds good to me are they better quality?? what should i use for the four link system?? bag on axel setup.. trying not to move my gas tank..yet..where to get the kit??

I really like Slam bags over any others. I like them because they dont balloon and you get more lift with them.

If you are going to run a forward triangulated four link you will have to move the fuel tank.

As for ordering parts I always recommend my good buddy Devon at The Bag Shack. His screenie on here is DevB22 pm him to see what he can do for you.

only a couple of ways to keep stock gas tanks and they require you to fab the link/bars and the lower front mounts....
you can do either of these.... both of the following have their rear section zed instead of notched... much clearner look and no holes need in the bed ...

don't go with 1/4" airline. go with 1/8" its easier and cleaner to route. and you didn't mention any fittings...
you should check the sponsor threads, you might find a good deal from one of the sponsoring vendors. i'll also say hit up , devon at (DEVB22) i bought a bunch of stuff from him a few months ago. he hooked it up and everything got to me quickly. the website might be down, but you can PM him on this site, or email him.

and i'd also go with slam bags.
