So i have a 1990 b2200, so far i have put in 2" blocks in the rear, as well as taking out the middle 2 leafs leaving the main and overload, and removed the bump stops. I have also re-indexed the torsion bars and removed the bump stops and mounts, flipped the lower ball joint, and have ordered my Isuzu pup shocks.

Now what is the best way to fix the camber??? I know my toe is out a bit because i threw it on the alignment rack before i lowered it, i plan on fixing that, and setting the camber as close to stock as i can but i don't think i can adjust it enough to get it back. Would drop spindles help this or what does everyone here suggest??

drop spindles or lower control arms will help since you don't have to shim the upper arm as much to fix camber. depending on how much you re-indexed the torsions, and what size rims you're going to run, you may want to consider re-indexing it back before you put the spindles or LCAs on.

it has 15 inch nissan rims right now (not sure what year or anything i got them from the wrecker already off the truck they just say nissan on the inside), so as long as they will work with spindles that would be awsome. I would definatly re-index the torsions back again if i was putting in the drop spindles.
