Hello all,
I'm a little new to the site, and have had my b3000 for about a year now. I realize that this site doesn't have too many people with 94 b3000s but i'm looking for the best options to do a static drop on my truck of about 4 inches or so. I'm looking for any and all advice as to how I should do this or how it will turn out. This is my daily driver, and I want it to stay that way. Is 4 inches too much for a static drop if Im driving it on the highway every day. Give me your input please. I'm also hurting for cash, but i can save up in order to do it right.

Hmmmm... If I am not mistaken you will need a set of Dream beams as they went to the I-beams till 97-98. Also will need a flip kit for the rear. Best best would be to look on egay or other sites for Ford Ranger parts. They will be the same. Oh yeah...PICS PICS PICS. We are picture whores here.

Ill post pics of it tomorrow but quite frankly its a little rough around the edges, (cab is rattle can flat black and perfect to my standards) but the bed needs to be replaced eventually and painted in the meantime. But thanks a lot for the advice.

Might want to check out Ranger-Forums.com. They're a little more knowlegable about it.

definitly need dream beams. they make it so your front end doesnt camber out crazy like regular twin i beams do when going that low. you can get a kit like this but it only drops you 2 inches in the front.

DJM makes a 4/5 drop kit, but it's $$$$$

Those are the rims that were on it when I bought it, since then I had the tires replaced. They're american racing rims that are pretty beat up, so im looking for some 18s for it but i need a new windshield first. Ehhh, theres a lot of things I could use for this truck but i think its in great shape for the 200,000 miles it has on it. Its been running good (knock on wood) replaced a few things here and there. Its a project truck on a really low budget right now.
