when you stockfloor to the pinchweld is there enuff room in the tranny tunnel or do ya have to raise it.. i have not done any measuring yet but it looks like there is a decent amount of room in there

It may be possible. I remember seeing a thread (I thought by Twisted Minis) that talked about the spacing between the floor and the transmission/driveline. But the tunnel was raised because the truck was going to the rocker. Looking for that thread I found this:

better late then never, I stock floored mine and droped the motor down too, that way I didnt have to cut the floor or the trans tunnel, tho I did have to cut and drop the center of my steering rod to clear the oil pan

inch and half may be... i use the motor mount out of a b2200 as mine was a 2600i, they where smaller plus i cut the mount bracket off the frame and droped it down a little too.. was able to lay bady and keep the stock hood too,dont even have a 4x4 hood on it ,its the 2wd hood no bubble

not sure if i got any pics of it with the 2wd hood yet , my sig pic is with the 4x4 hood
