Yeah, you need to take your drive shaft and add the Toyota end to it. I took mine to a driveline shop because I wanted the length to be correct. Also, this is not a bolt in, which is fine if you are doing a four-link anyway. What I mean is, if you intend to use the stock rear leaf spring, you will need to modify the mounts on the stock Toyota rear to fit.
