cut the floor out , rise the fenders 4" to fit the 18s, norrow the bed 2 and a half inchs, then to get the wheels to match and be center i cut the frame and took an inch out of it( all ready had a notch and was maxed out in it so had to do it that way), then cut the tail gate down to fit and spot welded it in then glassed the seems( bed is fiberglass so only had a small spot to weld) was going to put the floor back but never got to it,
