and what are you using to extend them?

searched but didn't see anything

Why are you wanting to extend the front shock mounts?

so I can go with a softer shock
I have the short doetsch techs now and would like the monroes but they are too tall

The easiest way is to use a shock adapter at the top rather than a fragile extender.

: about 30.00 then you can use a more common shock with loops at both ends

that wont help me. I'm already using a 7 1/2" collapsed shock. I need to raise the mounting point so I can use a taller shock

anyone who has done thisplease post pics

That is totally opposite of that the post stated at the start. you will need to make shock hoops for the inner fenders like these

that or a shock relocate kit and use the top piece in place of the factory mount.

this forum is 99% lowered trucks
you're thinking of lifted trucks
what I said in the first post is for my lowered truck in my signature and I think most on here realize that, but I do thank you for trying

that's the plan, just want to see some pics of it
I'm also not sure how much of the rough ride (not that bad really) is being this low with turned torsions and not the shocks
