looking to find a airbag kit (which i cant find) do i have to build my own kit?? i have a single cab short bed 89 b2200 not looking for anything crazy just want to bag it can someone point me in the right direction of getting a kit or helping me put one together or finding a used one?? i can do all the fab work just need to be pointed in the right direction been looking on here trying to find out the ideal bags for my truck questions i have are

1. do i have to cut out my bed and do a C-notch?? or can i bag my truck with the leafs?? i have it mono leafed right now with torsions turned down and how would i go about baggin the rear if its possible to keep the leafs

2. on the front do i leave my torsion bars in?? or what?

3. question on the bags i seen that airbagit.com has some kind of deal buy a set of bags get a pair free is this good??

4. on the bags i notice that some are single port and dual port what does this mean which ones would work for what im wanting to do

i was reading on here alot of people use the RE 6's up front and the RE 8s in the back is this right for what im doing thanks and please help

1.
For kits check out the sites supporting vendors, most of them give you a discount.

Vendors
Modplant.com
here is the link on modplant's site for the front kit.

Sadistic Iron Werks
Guilty By Design

Also our advertiser Illusive Fab carries the kits.

2. no you need to remove the torsion bars
3. I've never used their bags but others should be able to chime in. I have had great experiences with Slam Specialties bags, universal air, and Firestone. It's mostly preference but some bags do offer great benefits like the newer Slam Specialties SS Bags.
4. Single port is plenty for most people, most people forget even in a dual port bag unless you run a separate line for each port you won't see a noticeable increase in speed if at all.

5 or 6s front 7s back, 8s are for full size trucks.

I hope this helps some I know other guys will chime in with good info as well.

My advice is to go through ALL the builds and save pictures for references. I have honestly probabaly read over 60 FULL builds on mazdabscene and still read and save pictures all the time.

Dont buy from airbagit. support one of the vendors on here

okay you should have water seperators for both compressors i have mounted my valves right at the tank and at the bags and i have never had to much problems with condensation. Just remember to drain the tank once in awhile. and for the wiring and the 1/8 line ... there is a plug on the passenger side of the truck were you can run it all through if you have the box off run all the wiring through and the lines marking everything were it goes then port the side of the box bed and run the line up through the floor. just remember to grommet all the holes in the steel were you are running the wire and air line through.

lance he has a manifold... those pics are great but not going to help him

89mazdalade........ SkrapinSask gave you the best advice your going to FIND or GET from anyone here.... take a few mins, hours, days, weeks (however long it takes) to go through the many build threads on this site, they can be found here theres a starting point. best thing to do with those threads is to skim through find what your planning on doing and then read the entire thread. most have a pretty good bit of detail. once you find what your trying to do. post pics and ask questions.
