Well I wasnt planning on bagging my truck but I have a bunch of welding to do on the rear anyway so I figured might as well do it. My question is will the heavy duty mini-truck 4 link from airbagit be strong enough for a bag over bar setup or will it need some bracing. If there is another 4-link that will work I am all ears. I would like decent ride and lift thats why I want bag over bar any suggestions accepted.

can you post some pictures of the one you are talking about? It's probably fine, most of the ones sold are over kill anyway.

Also a big factor is where you place the bag in relation to the pivot point, the closer it is the stronger your link bars will need to be.

No info on it as far as thickness and size.

get one from suicidedoors.com they have some made for that

I wouldn't get it if they can't provide that info, that info is critical. Check out our supporting vendors they will take care of you, and get you all set up. From the picture it doesn't really look like it's meant to stand up to the weight of a bag on bar setup, just a simple 4 link.

Just so you know most of our supporting vendors also give you a discount just for being a member!

suicidedoors.com has awesome 4 links. i think i would go that route. are you talking bag on bottom 4 link bar or bag over axle?

I just saw this, we are one of the supporting vendors mentioned. We are a new company specializing in custom parts for your ride. We are currently running a special grand opening giving customers 10% off orders over $200.

Please pm me if you want a custom quote. We'll match prices.

Thanks guys will do, from doing more reading I should stay away from airbagit anyway. I plan on bag over lower 4 link bar.
