There's a lot of people who have done this. This is from my Toyota but the procedure is pretty much identical. My project thread -->

Basically what I did was I made an alignment tool using nuts from the strut rod, longer bushing bolt, and metal sleeve to center the bushing for triangulating the control arm. Here is a pic of the tool. I had to cut it off and realign it to do the other side.

Now I could have used tubing but I'm perhaps a little ocd and wanted the added part to match the control arm.

where did you mount them on the frame and it looks like they would hit the frame laid out maybe just the pic angle

From the photos it looks like the control arm is already compressed.

From the photos it looks like the control arm is already compressed. He has about 2-3 inchs for bag placement.

lol guys I wouldn't do all of that work and not have it lay out

More pics in my thread -> click here

These were for ideas, also note my truck has been z'd in the front but I'm sure you know to check for clearance with your wheel tire combo for how ever you decide to triangulate. As far as I know Mazda's do not need to be z'd to lay flat frame.

I will get more pics in my thread after I finish my rack & pinion swap, 5psd conversion, and have the frame in primer. These are just pics of everything tack welded from the mock up.

I like how you did your control arms baha. Looks great and like it came that way from the factory.
