so ive got the bag mounts and bags install on my b this weekend but was wondering if any one else has had the problem of there strut rods hitting the steering? and if so what has anyone done to avoid this....or did i set something up wrong?

What size wheels and tires you running? You running drop spindles, arms, or all factory stuff? we gotta know more to help you. I know it has been a problem with a few rides. Depends on what you have.

runnin z71 16in wheels with 55 series tires....factory arms and spindles....ill try to get some pics up later

ya try to get some pics of the problem area that way we can see what it is you are talking about, these trucks dont have struts to have a strut rods that would hit the steering so we need more info, now my top arm hits my steering rod at fully layed out but thats no bigy i could fix that by fliping ball jounts

my bad its the rod that connects the lca to the from cross member...it hits on the steering arms when laid out....ive flipped the lower ball joints when i first got the truck but didnt do the top.....i know some ppl have trianglualted the lca but wanted to see if there was a easier way to fix this

you can put some spacers between arm and bar. thats what i did. The bolts are plenty long enough for a 1/4 inch of spacer.
