hey guys i lowered my truck with 3" blocks, and the right rear side was high. i had some free time today so i took out the middle leafs, put back together and its still sits high in the right side. my block notches are in the right place and everything looks to sit the same. my left rear tire tucks maybe 1/2". my right rear tire has an 1" gap between the tire and top of fender. is this common with the mazdas or is my box or frame possibly tweaked? i just got the truck 3 weeks ago.

any help is appreciated thanks!

maybe the front isnt lowered level

pretty sure my front was lowered the same splines. i'll check tomorrow to see if the right front side is a bit high. i park my truck looking towards where i work and ive never noticed it to be high. but i could have counted the wrong amount of splines. only other thing i can think of is a stiff or sticky shock, and the left side is softer or an old shock.

i put 3" blocks in mine and it sits high in the right side as well.. im sure its just a fact of measuring the front two sides and adjusting the torsions to where they are level..

i measured the front left and right side. both are 24" from ground to fender. so if i crank the adjusting nut on the right side to lower the right rear, now the front right will be uneven.

YES BUT MORE THAN LIKELY ITS YOUR FRONT LEFT THAT KICKS THE RIGHT SIDE UP SO GET AS LEVEL GROUND AS YOU CAN AND MEASURE TO THE FRAME NOT ANY BODY PARTS

Ditto. Always measure from the same point on the frame, never the body and always on level ground. Also, don't forget to check tire pressure and tire size (different brands of same size are not necessarily the same). Drivers side bars, just like springs, lose some strength over time and require different adjustments than passenger side. This is especially true for trucks owned by overweight drivers for long periods of time.

Mine sits a bit uneven also, and I think it has alot to do with the front torsions. I tried and tried to level it, eventually pulled both torsions off to find out they dont match, one of them is bent so. Could also be your problem.

are you on an empty tank? have you tried filling it up? see if it makes a differance

when i lowered my daily, i put weights in the drivers seat to simulate me sitting in the truck so it sits even when i drive, but it sits slightly higher when parked

reason why i did it is... so the drivers side didnt bottom more over hard bumps and gives you an even ride going down the road
