since lowering my truck it's always felt weird at or near full lock, kinda feels like it's pushing forward more than turning. within the last month or so it makes a clunking noise when going from straight to just barely moving the steering wheel to the right? any ideas on either?

Sounds like the ball joints are bad. How many miles do you have on them?

replaced b/j's before lowering

found the clunking noise. the rubber bushings in the idler arm are gone. lol it moves up and down as you turn causing metal to metal contact. time for a new one.

haven't replaced the idler arm yet, but did raise the truck 1" to avoid the tires always rubbing the inner fenders. the pushing feel has also stopped and it turns much better (u-turns mainly)
