I have a 93 b2600 an i want it slammed as low as possable. How do i do this. planning on removing bars and cutting bump stops out in front. Mono leaf rear with 4" block. Any ideas on how to get it lower than that?

you'll need to do a small notch in the frame for the axl with four inch blocks, otherwise you'll be riding on the rail. If you want to go lower than that, you'll need air bags or hydro's. I wouldn't recommend taking your torsion bars out of the front until you get 'bags or hydro's.

oh, shorter shocks, cut the fender wells out, flip your ball joints, etc. Do a search on here, plenty of people have written how they lowered their trucks.

ok great. thanks. what does flip the ball joints mean. put the uppers on the loweres? and lowers on the uppers? How many more inches does that give?

i had a somewhat finished how to on flipping the balljoints somewhere in the how to threads... search the forum for "balljoint flip"

i have a wrecked :'( b2600i that i did a ball joint flip on, reindexed the torsions, cut out the bump stops and notched the upper shock mounts in the front so the upper control arm wouldnt hit it or stop me from going any lower by resting against it, main leafspring and overload bar in the back with 3" blocks and air shocks. i am/was running 1992 isuzu pup 4x4 front shocks, gave a better ride, and the 2.6 front end is a little bit heavier than what the isuzu 4x2 shocks can really handle. i tried the 4x2 shocks on my 2.6 and i constantly hit my tires on the inner fender tubs and any bolts that have tips that stick thru the inner tubs... so the 4x4 isuzu shocks were the answer to that problem.
