static drop....need shocks

i know there are tons of things already on here about shocks but im in a real hurry and was hoping someone could help out quick ive got the main leaf and the over load in the rear with 3" blocks the front is just cranked torrtions with the bump stops removed and mounts cut out. what shocks front and rear??? izuzu pups in the front ????
